Chief Executive Officer
Moawiya spent over a decade in strategy, and digital transformation at Bank Dhofar, one of Oman's major financial institutions. He holds a Master's in Public Sector Management and has built strategic partnerships across Oman's fintech ecosystem. At Mazin.Ai, he leads strategic direction, investor relations, and commercial growth.

Marcin Grzywok
Chief Technology Officer
Marcin brings 17 years of experience in technology and financial services, including leading the implementation of 300,000 IoT-based meters across Oman at the National Energy Center. He holds AgilePM certifications and a Master's in Management and Production Engineering. At Mazin.Ai, he architects the platform's secure intelligence infrastructure.
